Cupping

Why Cupping is important for your health?

A therapeutic practice that involves placing specialised cups on the skin to create gentle suction, helping to stimulate blood flow and release muscle tension.
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), cupping therapy is used to remove stagnation, promote natural healing, reduce pain, and support overall physical and emotional wellbeing.

1. Supports Circulation

Cupping may stimulate local blood flow and help relieve muscle tension or post-exercise soreness.

2. Musculoskeletal Discomfort

It may assist with neck, back, and general muscle tightness. Results vary between individuals.

3. Traditional Use

Cupping is traditionally used to support overall wellbeing. Scientific evidence remains limited.

4. Respiratory & Digestive Support

Sometimes used as a complementary therapy for mild respiratory or digestive symptoms. It does not replace medical treatment.

5. Relaxation

Many patients report feeling relaxed after treatment.
